being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and say:
In accordance with the City of Meridian public hearing process listed in UDC 11-
5A-5D, I personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted
on December 22, 2023 , which is at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled
public hearing for Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 6:00 pm. for the
Combined preliminary and final plat consisting of (2) building lots on 9.98 acres of land in the C-G zoning district (H-2023-0059)
have submitted photograph(s) of the posting to the City, concurrent with this
affidavit. The sign(s) will be removed no later than three (3) days after the public
hearing.
