Since you asked about Matador Sub and didn't say anything definitive about keeping the name, I made the assumption
that you wanted to change it to Matador Sub.
If you want Matador Estates, we will just hold the reservation and change the information in our system.

This Is the same project with the same owners is it not possible to use Matador Estates? They prefer that & Its on our
plat already & applications to the city.
