described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 36 from which the North
1/4 corner of said Section 36 bears South 89°32'29" East, 2,650.91 feet; thence South
89032'29" East, 1,325.46 feet to the West 1/16 corner of said Section 36; thence
leaving the north line of said Section 36, South 00036'44" West, 25.00 feet to the south
right-of-way line of W. Amity Road and the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence on said south right-of-way line the following two (2) courses and
distances:

thence leaving said south right-of-way line, South 45°31'08" East, 432.13 feet;

of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 36;

North 1/16 corner of said Section 36;

said Section 36;
thence North 00036'44" East, 1,300.34 feet to the REAL POINT OF
