The church will be built in two (2) phases. The first phase will consist of an approximately+/-40,000
square foot building,with approximately 545 parking stalls, landscaping, bicycle parking, and other
outdoor amenities that are undetermined at this time.
The second phase will consist of an approximately+/-12,000 square foot addition onto the building and
approximately 269 parking stalls.
Phasing of site improvements
❑ The proposed building is shown with a future expansion.
❑ The parking lot improvements in the southwest portion of the site are shown to be included in a
future phase—to be determined based on parking needs.
Existing radio tower easements
❑ Two existing radio tower easements (recorded in 1945) may limit the placement of underground
utilities located within the easements until the towers are removed (date undetermined).
❑ The language included in the easements is somewhat vague and possibly open to interpretation.
❑ The proposed placement of the church building lends well to the possible easement restrictions.
