Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 36 from which the
Northwest corner of said Section 36 bears North 89032'29" West, 2,650.91 feet; thence
on the north line of said Section 36, South 89004'30" East, 38.65 feet; thence leaving
said north line, South 00034'07" West, 25.00 feet to the south right-of-way line of W.
Amity Road and the POINT OF BEGINNING:
