Narra?ve for Rezone
The church will be built in 2 phases. The first phase will consist of an approximately +/- 40,000
square foot building, with approximately 503 parking stalls, landscaping, bicycle parking and
other outdoor ameni?es that are undetermined at this ?me.
The second phase will consist of an approximately +/-12,000 square foot addi?on onto the
building and approximately 269 parking stalls.
