Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application

on file, for the project mentioned above . We are still in our review process and will withhold
further comment until our review is complete .
The District' s Milk Lateral courses along the north boundary of this project. The Districts
easement for the Milk Lateral at this location is a minimum of thirty feet (30') total, fifteen feet
( 15 ') each side .
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite . If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans .
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31 -3805 .
