Subdivision. A review of the plat and plans reveals the following:
1. 8 it. instead of 10 ft. easement at rear of lots (Subdivision
Ordinance) .
2. Need drainage easement for drain in Lot 2, Block 3.
3. Water and sewer services are not shown.
Also enclosed are the plans for the extentions of State Street, and
the easement for same.
