telephone cable along and across city right-of-way in
lest lst. Street, starting 116 feet south of 1Iaple Avenue
intersection and going south 30 feet and crossing: the road
on WeA 1st. 7treet.

tation and file.
This work JLs necessary to provide buried cable additions
