Gentlemen:
I would like to build houses on my acreage on 2 1/2 Street. If I
do so, it will k:e necessary to build a road through the center of my
place, and face the houses to it.
I have a problem as the engineer te11a me I cannot build the houses
with the back to Bad1Ey Street, ae it has been dedicated.
If it would be possible to do so, I would like to have Badley Street
vacated, also 3rd Street from Gruber Street up to Eadley Street.
I have discussed thi® with Mr. Hawkins, who joins Badley Street on
the north, and it see me to be agreeable with him.
