A group, desirin;~ tv connect tv the water and sewer facilities along
West Pine Avenue, and lying west of the City limits, requested permission
to connect to the Water & Sewer. These individuals who are involved,
(Harry Frost, Owen Frost & John C1uff ), were informed that if it is agreeable
with the other users from this line, for them to connect to this line, it
would be permissable by the City. This water line in question, lies outside
the limits of Meridian, and all these people are involved in the maintenance
and repair of this lane, with their permission required before the City Would

Motion was made by W.S. Brown, and seconded b'r W.D, ~Tayes, that Harry
Frost be allowed to connect to the Water lines along ~~est Fine Avenue, if the
other users an this line do not object to his using these services.
