AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 20 FEET
OF THE FOLLOWING DESCI~TBED PROPERTY: BEGINNING AT A POINT 20 RODS EAST OF THE NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1WEST OF
THE. BOISE MERIDIAN, IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE.'
MERIDIAN LINE 40 RODS; `Y'HENCE EAST 12 RODS, THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE MERIDIAN LINE ~
40 RODS, AND THENCE WEST 12 RODS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, WHICH IS PART OF DEDICATION ~b~°

Idaho, and running thence south parallel with the Meridian line_40 rods; thence

_12 rods to the place of beginning,: which is part of dedication to West Broadway.,
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
NOW TfiEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:.
Section 1. That the aforementioned real property' which is described as follows:
The South 20 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point 20 rods East of the Northwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter of Section l2, Township 3 North, Ranged West of the Boise Meridian, in
Ada County, Idaho, and running thence south parrallel with the Meridian line 40
rods; thence East 12 rods, thence North parallel to the Meridian line 40 rods,
-and thence`West 12 rods to the place of beginning,. which is part of dedication
to-West Broadway, City-of Meridian,. Ada Caunty,--Idaho.-
bei and the same is hereby accepted and made a part. of the'-City of Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho. `-
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall. be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required~by law.
Passed, by the City Council and approved by the President of-the Council, City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 5th day of July,. 1967.
