BASIS OF BEARING is S. 89115'34" E., between a found aluminum cap PLS 14221 marking the SW
corner of Section 10 and a found aluminum cap PLS 14221 marking the S1/4 corner of Section 10, both
in Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
A parcel of land located in the E1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 10, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at an aluminum cap marking the southwest corner of said Section 10;
Thence S. 89015'34" E., coincident with the south line of said SW1/4, a distance of 1320.31 feet to the
W1/16 corner of said Section 10, marked by an aluminum cap PLS 14221;
Thence leaving said south line, N. 0136'35" E., coincident with the west line of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4,
a distance of 1090.13 feet to the centerline of the Purdam Spur Drain, witnessed by a 5/8" rebar with
cap PLS 11574 bearing N. 0136'35" E., 46.14 feet and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing N. 0136'35" E., coincident with said west line, 514.69 feet to a point on the
southerly right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad, marked by a 5/8" rebar with cap PLS 12464;
Thence S. 88126'46" E., coincident with said southerly right of way, 574.04 feet to a 5/8" rebar with

Thence leaving said southerly right of way, S. 0035'04"W., 119.31 feet to the beginning of a non-
