Hi my name is Joe Daily and I along with my wife Heather would like to move our business into units #1,
#3, and #5 at 160 N. Linder. Our business consists of personal training and equipment sales.
I am currently working at the facility full ?me and my wife is part ?me as she teaches school for the West
Ada School District.
We are not a large corporate gym that is trying to sign up thousands of members to use the facility. We
specialize in working with individuals to help them with their fitness goals and maintain a healthy and
happy life. We work 1 on 1 or small group of 2-3 clients at a ?me. Clients come in at a designated ?me to
work out with us.
The other part of our business is equipment sales and extra space is needed for delivery and set up of
equipment. I am the dealer for BodyKore equipment here in Idaho. Everything is contained inside our
units and would not be outside.
Our current training hours are 7a.m -7p.m Monday – Friday. During the winter months we may train an
occasional client on a Saturday, but we do like to take ?me off to spend together as a family.
There is no significant noise or pollutants from our facility that would adversely affect our neighbors or
the environment.
At lease signing we will be assigned 6 dedicated parking stalls plus an addi?onal 6 floa?ng stalls.
Currently, our business has no more than 5 vehicles at a ?me.
