Good morning Charlene and Sonya,
Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) appreciates the opportunity to provide comments regarding Modern Craftsman
Franklin (aka Colorado Ridge) located at 4540, 4490 & 4420 W Franklin Road, Meridian, Idaho. The application is for a
total of 122 units. This project does not abut the State Highway system and ITD does not anticipate any significant traffic
impact to the State Highway system from this development and has no objections to the proposed development.
