To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to provide certification for Modern Craftsman at Franklin, located in the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, B.M. Meridian, Ada County, Idaho that
all street finished centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest
established groundwater elevations. This information is based on an Atlas geotechnical report
dated February 25, 2022 and subsequent groundwater reports, last received dated May 17, 2023.
