Learn why this is important Good morning Antonio, Trip generation is based on the type of building or business, not building pads. Based on trip generation numbers, ITD might ask for further traffic evaluation and mitigation (defined in IDAPA 39.03.42, Section 400). Based on that and the fact that you will be taking direct access from SH-69, we want to see trip generation numbers for the proposed building/business. Good morning Saran, At the pre-application meeting we challenged the need for a trip generation letter since we are working on a pre-developed building pad with no improvements on the Right of Way. Could you please confirm that this is needed?
