The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) appreciates the opportunity to provide comments regarding the planned
Preliminary/Final Plat Application for the Kleiner Adjacent Subdivision located at the NE corner of N Records Way and E
Fairview Ave, Meridian, Idaho. Please see the below comments:
1. This project does not abut the State Highway system but is in very close proximity to SH-55.
2. Traffic generation numbers were not provided with this application. ITD needs more information to determine
how this proposed use will impact the State Highway system.A Traffic Impact Study(TIS)may be required.
a. Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts identified by the TIS shall be the responsibility of the
applicant to install. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of any submitted
traffic generation data or other documents.
