Thank you for including ITD in the review of the planned Avani Neighborhood. The development has recently been in
touch with ITD, and after reviewing the development’s trip generation documentation as well as considering its location
and the condition of ITD’s infrastructure in the proximity, ITD does not object to the proposed application as presented
at this time.
