Homes in the Avani Neighborhood will include 264 homes with three different product types, 89
attached and 106 detached single-family homes as well as 51 alley loaded homes. This mix of home
types will meet the requirements of the Ten Mile Plan near recreation opportunities and commercial
and retail developments at the Ten Mile Interchange. Photo Representations of the proposed home and
