Robert H. Coppleo Attorney, has contacted me about the Roy Food property
on west Broadway Avenue. According to Dedc#4::.Meridian purchased from Moore
in 1930, 88 feet by 330 feet north of the-aianterline of the now existing
Broadway Avenue. Meridian in 1956 Deeded. W C. hood 8 feet by 330 feet
north of the centerline of the now existing 8roadw Avenue. The 8 feet by
330 feet is now.covered by Broadway Avenue. Tudor Engineering showed the
Meridian ownership -.en ,street plans dated 192 for Jack Dowdle. J -ll -B -
Engineers showed the Meridian ownership incorrectly on Tentative Plat for
Roy hood dated August 1974.
The Highway District only requests that 30 feet'be retained by Meridian
for the north half of Broadway Avenue right"of*&y.
