not more than five (5) acres, and said property has been sold by metes and��

Section 1. That the aforementioned real property, more particularly
described as follows::

Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this
8rdinance with the County Recorder of Ada County, Idaho, and with all other
agencies and offices as required by law and according to the practices of the
Clerk.
Section 3. That it is hereby declared that an emergency exists and that
this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,.
approval and publication as required by law.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, this 1st day of November, 1965.
