_ Hummel made a motion seconded by Mr. Gartin that the Ada County
Zoning Commission recommend to the Board of County Commissioners
that they approve the proposed final plat subject to the
following conditions:
1. Approval by the Ada County Engineer as to profile plans
and improvements and the approval of the Ada County Surveyor of
the proposed plat.
2. Submission of one additional print to the Ada County
Zoning Commission and one print to the City of Meridian and
subject to the following statement:
"The Administrator should inform.applicant that the approval
of subject plat does not constitute actual or implied approval
of the remaining area owned by applicant, and any additional sub-
divisions of applicants' property will be treated as a new
application in all matters and particularly with respect to
streets, drainage or solving of re-routing of present irrigation
ditches."'

that the Commission recommend to the Board of County Commissioners
that they approve the proposed final plat subject to the following
conditions:
1. Approval of street profile plans by Ada County Engineer..
2. Approval of sewage disposal plans by City County Health.
3. Approval of water facilities by Idaho State Health Dept.
4. Approval of plat by Ada County Surveyor:.
