Attached hereto is a street plan profile and a sewer plan
profile prepared by Toothman & Associates covering the proposed
off-site improvements to be constructed by the subdivider in
accordance with the filing of the Eastside Park .Subdivision.
It would. be appreciated if your City Engineer would review
said plans and if they meet the approval of the City Engineer
and your City Council and Planning Commission„ you would so
advise this office by letter.
Should your City Engineer desire to estimate
the proposed improvements, we would appreciate it

such procedure is in order. We would not consider the filing
of the plat, however, until the subdivider had either constructed
said improvements in accordance with your plans and specifications
ans buejct to your acceptance or had deposited sufficient surety
in order to construct said improvements within a year of the date
of the f iling.of said plat and subject to your inspection and
approval.
