WRIGHT CLARENCE A. PLANTING, CLERK COUNTY DF ADA COURTHOUSE 8015E, IDAHn Mr. Herald J. Cox, City Clerk City Hall Meridian, Idhho Dear Mr. Cox: ADA COUNTY ZONING COMMISSION February 25, 1965 LOWELL S. FLITNER, CHAIRMAN LYNN M. ROGERS, ADMINISTRATOR S. M. BARTON GEORGE B. DAVIS T. H. EBERLE MARTIN A. HANSON CHARLES F. HUMMEL CARL H. BAILEY WILLIAM W. GARTIN PAUL L. OWENS H. WESTERMAN WHILLOCK DR. F. R. DIXON We are this date forwarding a copy of the preliminary application together with a drawing on a 1-50 scale and one on a 1-300 scale covering the proposed Eastside Park Sub- division being a part of former Blocks 7 & 8 of the Second Cottage Home Addition of Meridian, recorded in Book 2 at page 80 of Plats and vacated under an order recorded in Book 3 page 378 of Miscellaneous Records dated June 10, 1909. Said area is a part of the SE=NW4, of .Section 7, T.3N.91 RAE.,B.M. From lot sizes indicated on the application, it is apparent that the proposed subdivision would come under an urban classification requiring pavement, curbs and gutters and central water. Since the reference made by the subdivider -Is that of individual sewage disposal rather than being hooked to a central sewage system, we are inquisitive with respect to the fact that no attempt is made to take advantage of Meridia'n's central sewage facilities. _. It would be appreciated if you would review this problem in light of your respective jurisdiction and advise this office of your recommendations pertinent thereto. Very truly yours, M.
