Relative to the Bast Side Park Subdivision,. the City Council has
conferred with Norm Fuller and these are the main recommendations:
1. Streets
Road base: Excavation and replace 6" Pit Run, 2" 3/4 minusp
2" oil mat an residential streets.
2. Vater
4" cast iron main in subdivision at subdividers expense; location
naps to be provided for City files.
3. Sewer
a. 8" laterals in suWvision .
b. 10" lateral from,61ty manhole oa.Eo 4th at alley between Carlton
_and State Avenue to pumping lift statione City to pay the difference
between and 8" and 10" with City to "p%all and stand the expense of
said lift station] subdivider to pxo*U+l profile maps for City films.
4. Sable nape to be provided for subdivlgiea for recording purposes
and City files.
All lots to be provided access to City sower and water, with each lot
to pay all fees as req iced by ordhmces as lot is developed.
5. Special
a. Block 2 Lot 4 of proposed Platt:
On East 4th Street at Carlton Avesue, referring to NW corner of
Lot 4 abould be an 209 radius instead of square.
b. Block 2 Lot 1.of proposed platt:
To include a oyrve in street line to the West along the rant line
of Lot 1 to opiacide with the West aide of East 5th, enlarging
from a 600 width to an 80t width at or near the South F4Wt corner
of said bot 1.
