Title and construction of offs -site improvements. Since Block 7 and part of Block 8 of Cottage Home Addition was included in proposed plat, the street between said blocks originally 7th St. now designated as 5th St., should be vacated. Meridian ordinance #139 vacated said street as 4th St. A corrected ordinance is required to be enacted and recorded. The signatures of Norman G. killer and Delores A. Fuller are needed on the covenants as well as the plat as well as an insertion of established cross reference of instruments recorded, A letter of acceetance of off-site improvements by the City ..of Meridian is required prior to recording of said plat. The County Surveyor needs to approve the plat.. Applicant is required to submit a transparency of final plat and three prints thereof to the Ada County Zoning Commission together with 1 print of final plat to the City of Meridian. -3- w Wvch 26, 1965 W. Fuller, applicant Add.. to Meridian part of SEk Wig Sec.Toothman & Associates, Engs. 79 T,3N.,R,lE.,B.M, The recommendations made by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Meridian pertaining to the preliminary application of Eastside Park Subdivision were read and approved as a part of the County recommendation.. Because proposed subdivision takes in a part of the vacated subdivision of the 2nd Cottage Home Addition, it is not altogether clear as to the area owned by the applicant. A request is hereby made that the applicant present to the Ada County Zoning Commission a copy of a preliminary title report or show the abstract to subject premises extended to date before anything but a conditional approval of the proposed plat as to street lay -out and lot pattern can be made. Complete approval of proposed preliminary application and drawings was reserved until submission of information called for. A motion to this affect was made by Mr. Davis and seconded by Mr. Bailey and was unanimously passed.
