WARRANTY DEED
For value received, Cecil A. Thomas, the grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto Winston H. Moore and Diane L. Moore, husband and wife, the grantee, whose current
address is PO Box 8204, Boise, Idaho 83707, the following real property located in Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
See Exhibit A, attached;
Subject to current taxes and assessments, easements, rights-of-way and restrictions of record.
To have and to hold said premises, with their a

tion 18, T.3N., RAE:, B.M., Ada County, Idaho and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a brass cap marking the Southwest corner of the said Govern-
ment Lot 4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18;
