RE: Ringneck Place— Engineering Statement
Dear Ms. Hersh,
The centerline elevations of all roadways within the proposed 1.54-acre Ringneck Place
Subdivision shall be a minimum of three feet above the highest normal groundwater elevations.
The project Geotechnical Report shows that groundwater is expected to be in excess of 15'
below ground surface.
