In regards to the request for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi - family development consisting of 36
residential units on 2 . 39 acres of land in the R - 40 zoning district ( W2023 - 0048 ) . We extremely oppose
this development on the basis of the traffic concerns that it will create for such a busy intersection .
Furthermore the map on the postcard you sent out announcing the public hearing shows a residential
arterial road crossing two other RUT lots and before entering an industrial lot for that development to
enter and exit Locus Grove road . Trying to accommodate that kind of traffic through our industrial lot is
a receipt for constant frustration to both Intermountain Wood Products and the development . Semi -
truck traffic will on occasion congest and even block our driveway access to Locus Grove road not to
mention the potential for accidents in such a restricted and congested area . 36 residents is a bad
development for a corner lot in a congested area , a better use requiring less traffic is a much better
development plan in the current situation .
