Hi Stacy,
Good morning. My name is Amy Wetzel and I live at 280 E Rosalyn Ct, Meridian ID 83642. I also serve as the President
of the San Gorgonio HOA.
I understand that some plans have been sent to you for the development of Lot 1 in the subdivision.
I am forwarding an email I sent to Bruce a few weeks back regarding the development. I am not sure if he shared it with
you.
I hope you will read the letter and take it into consideration.
Thank you for your time,
Amy Wetzel

Director,Community Development Department
City of Meridian
Dear Mr. Freckleton,
I received a letter dated Sept. 25, 2023,about a meeting pertaining to the house at 200 Rosalyn Dr,
which is immediately west of our HOA.While I could not attend, the letter led me to believe that the
project had been scaled down to four single-family homes, which was a relief.
However, I have learned that not only has the development not been scaled down, but the developer is
planning on cutting through our fence to use our private driveway as a thoroughfare to and from those
homes;this is totally unacceptable. The private drive located at E Rosalyn Ct is owned by the San
Gorgonio Homeowners Association. Block 1 Lot 1(200 E Rosalyn) may be part of the subdivision, but
they were excluded from the CC&R's. They are not part of our HOA, nor do they pay any dues. I have
already contacted our lawyer about our legal options to prevent this property intrusion.
As president of our HOA, we strongly condemn building seven homes(three duplexes and one single
family)on that lot. Developing densely packed homes doesn't fit in with the surroundings and will
increase the traffic on an already heavily used street.
As Director of the Meridian Community Development Department, I request that you immediately stop
their planned use of our private driveway for their development. I also ask that the development be
limited to no more than four single-story,single-family homes that blend in with the existing
neighborhood.
I look forward to your response.
ResWull ,
President
San Gorgonio Homeowners Association
