Therefore, no further review will be required at this time. There is a pressure system established for Ten Mile Creek Subdivision that should be the primary source of irrigation. Reclaimed water and potable water is only used as a backup or secondary source of irrigation. If a_y surface drainage leaves the site, NMID requires a filed Land Use Change Application for review prior to final platting. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected.
