I am a homeowner in the landing subdivision, my house is immediately next to new homes that are proposed to be built on the west side of the development. I believe my property and its value (as well as my neighbor's) may be negatively impacted by the new Tanner Creek Proposal. My main concern is with multi-level homes being built behind my home. I request that a grass partition/alley/buffer separate the two neighborhoods or only single level homes be allowed behind existing single level homes. Furthermore, I request the rear setback be greater than or equal to the existing house's rear setback ensuring equal separation so the new houses cannot be too close. I believe that multi-level homes immediately behind my house will suffocate my view and encroach on my privacy. The standard 15 foot setback is far too close for this situation especially if it is a multi-level house. The overall density of this project is a major concern when considering the enormous increase in traffic it would bring to a residential area. The project should be significantly scaled down and limited to single family homes and light commercial. The already congested Meridian road simply cannot support a high density development and this is supported by the traffic studies conducted by the ACHD. My other concern is if the Linder overpass and Tanner Creek are under construction at the same time or have any overlap there would be significant difficulty entering and exiting the Landing subdivision. I kindly ask that the city and the developer consider my forementioned requests. Thanks, Justin Asmussen 1056 S. Muscovy Ave. 1
