LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 21 ,
2023 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave.
Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2022-0048 Tanner Creek Subdivision: Modification to
the existing Development Agreement (Inst. #108131100) to
change the development plan from commercial to a mix of resi-
dential uses; Rezone of 41.89 acres of land from the C-G to the
R-8 (12.16 acres), R-15 (12.27 acres) and R-40 (17.46 acres)
zoning districts; Preliminary Plat consisting of 130 building lots
(83 single-family, 45 townhome & 2 multi-family) and 20 com-
mon lots on 38.05 acres of land in the R-8, R-15 and R-40
zoning districts; and Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family
development consisting of 280 dwelling units on 15.88 acres
of land in the R-40 zoning district, generally located 1/4 mile
west of S. Meridian Rd. on the south side of W. Waltman Ln.
Applicant: Engineering Solutions, LLR
H-2021-0099 1-84 and Meridian Road: Annexation of 18.30
acres of land with a C-G zoning district and a Comprehensive
Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment to change the future
land use designation on 70.4+/- acres of land from Mixed
Use-Community (MU-C) to Commercial (34.3) acres and Me-
dium High Density Residential (36.1 +/-), generally located at
the northwest corner of S. Meridian Rd. and 1-84. Applicant:
