Jadon,
I never said NMID will not allow the pathway on our easement we approved it in our original letter. If you are wanting
the pathway removed from your project send us 2 sets of the revised plans (hard copies) and we will reissue an
approval letter based on the new plans. The native grasses are still fine.

Okay, I am under the impression that the City will allow us to remove the pathway from the easement as NMID will not
allow it.Attached are updated plans that have the pathway removed. If you could provide an updated letter I get the check
to Bryce for the license Agreement.
Can you confirm that the easement will be allowed to maintain native or drought resistant grasses within the NMID
easement?
Bryce, I am assuming that the price will now just be$600 as we are removing the pathway agreement. Is that correct?
Warm regards,
Jadon Schneider, P.E.

Jadon,
The plans you submitted, and we approved, has a pathway in our easement. We assume the City of Meridian
required the pathway? If this is not the case, send us revised plans and we will issue another letter removing the
talk of a pathway within our easement. As Bryce stated we do not allow private pathways within our easements.
Let us know what you want to do here, but I will not write to Meridian stating we do not want the pathway.
Thanks,
Greg
