RE: Aviation Subdivision — Meridian Idaho
To whom it may concern:
This letter serves as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within
Aviation Subdivision have been designed to meet the requirement of being a minimum of three
(3) feet above the seasonal high groundwater elevation.
The determination of the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline
elevations was based on the comprehensive Geotechnical investigation titled "Aviator
Subdivision North Black Cat Road Meridian, ID," conducted by Atlas Technical Consultants,
LLC on August 19th, 2021 (project number B212173g).
