Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24,
Township 4 North,Range 1 West,Boise-Meridian,Ada County, Idaho;
Thence 650 feet West along the South boundary line of the right of way for U.S. Highway 20 to a point;
thence South 116 feet to a point;thence Southeasterly on a straight line to a point which is 560 feet South
of the Northeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 25.

assigns forever. And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to and with the said Grantee that they are the
owners in fee simple of said premises;that they are free from all encumbrances Except:Current Year
Taxes, conditions,covenant,restrictions,reservations,easements,rights and rights of way,apparent or of
record.
And that they will warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
