Theprojectdevelopershalldesignandconstructmultiusepathwaysconsistentwiththelocation setforthintheMeridianPathwaysMasterPlanMapandMasterPathwaysPlanDocument Chapter3).Anyproposedadjustmentstopathwayalignmentshallbecoordinatedthroughthe PathwaysProjectManager. 2. Priortosubmittalofthe finalplat forCityEngineersignature,theapplicantshallprovideaЊЉ͸ widedetached,multiusepathwayinthelandscapebufferalongWaltmanLane.Applicantshall alsosubmiteasementforandconstructaneast/westmultiusepathwayconnectionfromthe pedestrianbridgeovertheTenmileCreektoWaldmanAveandtheexistingpathwayatMeridian Road.WorkwithKimWarren,PathwaysProjectManager,todeterminethebestlayoutforthis connection. SubmiteasementdocumentstothePlanningDivisionforCouncilapprovalandsubsequent recordation.TheeasementshallbeaminimumofЊЍ͸wideΛЊЉ͸pathway+Ћ͸shouldereach side). UsestandardCitytemplateforpublicaccesseasement.Submitalleasementdocumentsonline through/źƷźǩĻƓ͸ƭAccessPortal. 3. Constructmultiusepathwaysperpavingsectionbasedonexistingsiteconditionsas recommendedbyprojectcivilengineerinaccordwithUDC113A8and113B12.Priorto final approval,theğƦƦƌźĭğƓƷ͸ƭengineershallprovidewrittendocumentationthatthepathway segmentwasconstructedpertherecommendedspecifications. 4. Theowner(orrepresentativeassociation)ofthepropertyaffectedbyeachpublicaccess easementshallhaveanongoingobligationtomaintainthemultiusepathway. 5. Projectdevelopershallberesponsibleforobtaininglicenseagreementandotherpermission(s) asrequiredforconstructingwithinirrigationdistricteasements. 6. Shouldanydiscrepancyexistbetweentheseconditionsofapprovalandtherequirementsofthe irrigationdistrict,thedevelopershallworkwithPathwaysProjectManagertoachieveapathway designthatmeetsbothCityandirrigationdistrictobjectives.Cityrequirementsasstatedshall not(noraretheyintendedto)overridethoseoftheirrigationdistricthavingjurisdictionoverthe projectarea. 2¤µȁ͵ͷȁͶͶȁͷͷ
