I reviewed the transmittal for this project and noticed some incorrect verbiage in the “Supplemental Water Rights Info”
section. I spoke with the ditchrider for the Kitchen Lateral this morning, John Turpin, and he said he has not received
any phone call regarding water access to this property. He drove over today and confirmed that property has access to
its irrigation water provided by irrigation box located on the NE corner of the property. Please see correspondence
below regarding a request for additional irrigation water rights for this property from last month. To reiterate, the
property has irrigation rights, and access, therefor surface water rights should be used and Settlers will not allow any
exclusion of water rights.
Thanks,
Mack Myers

Hi, Mack.
I believe the owner paid that delinquent assessment - and I think is was right away.
If you don't have record, then I better check to make sure he has a receipt.
Thanks for the comments... I believe the project will use the existing well for PI. Some of the site is already
plumbed for PI off the well now.
Thanks for the information about water!
Best,

Good morning,
Settlers does not allocate more than 1” to the acre for any parcel.
My records show 4135 W. Cherry is a total of one acre and the parcel is two years delinquent. This also means
that we have placed liens on the property for the outstanding balance.
I am curious to see the design plan to divert, control, and measure the allotted water from the existing
infrastructure to the parcel.
If not already incorporated into the design, I would highly recommend an onsite retention pond for irrigation
purposes.
Thanks,

Hi, Stefanie.
Hope you are over the flu and feeling better.
The site is at 4135 W. Cherry and looks like an additional 1.7 Miners Inches would be needed .
Thank you in advance for follow up!

Hi Penelope,
I got your voicemail but I am out this week with Covid. Please email me more information about the
property/development seeking additional water rights. I will look into it next week and get back with you.
Thanks,
