We have revi.ewed the staLTreport for the above leferenccd final plat application and offer
the following comments:
SHe Specific Conditions:
· Item 4 has a subseotion (3), but no (1) or (2). Was this simply a clerical error or
have the nrst two been left orf7
· Item 5' Originally Settlers In'jgation District was to manage the pressurized
inigation system. However, Settlers has advised us they arc no longer taking on
mamige111ent of PI systems. Therefore, it will be privately managed.
General Conditions
... Item 4 Requires a cettification of completion shall be prepared by OUf landscape
architect. To properly provide a certification of completion, a professional
architect must he on site every day. We question the need for this requirement and
ask that it be reconsidered.
.. Please note, to ou.r knowledge i.tern 4 was not included in the condition.s of
approval for the preliminary plat, otherwise we would have addressed this during
the initial review process.
