Addressing Plan Review Notes Kelly Johnston Each building will have its own unique address assigned.
Legal Review Notes Kurt Starman Per UDC section 11-5A-3(E), "No application that has been
denied by the . . . Council shall be resubmitted, in
substantially the same form for the same use, within one (1)
year from the date of denial." The Director will need to
determine whether the proposed application is substantially
the same as the previous application, which was denied less
than one-year ago.
MFD Plan Review Notes Joe Bongiorno Very specific parking areas need to be called out, the rest
should be signed no parking fire lane. Need to make sure
the turn around doesn't become boat or RV parking.

Water Plan Review Notes Kyle Radek Concept of water services only is OK but long distance will
probably require individual services (instead of shared 3/4
inch services). Main will need to be brought to property,
then tapped for services. A hydrant will probably be needed
which will require a main stub as well.
