Notes: Flow is committed
Is domestic water available? Yes: N No: ❑
Notes: The concept of water services only is OK but long distance will probably require
individual services (instead of shared 3/4 inch services). Main will need to be brought
to the property,then tapped for services. A hydrant will probably be needed which
will require a main stub as well.
Easements Required? Yes: N No: ❑
NOTE:easements may not overlap any permanent structure including but not limited to carports,trash enclosures,
trees,shrubs, buildings,etc.Service lines up to the meter pit must be in ROW or covered by an easement.
Notes: If any meters, hydrants,water main, or sewer main is proposed with development, a
20 foot wide easement is required over the mains.
Any carports,trash enclosures, etc. should not impede the easements. Make sure the
site is designed in such a manner that this is not an issue.
Floodplain or other hazards? Yes: ❑ No: N
Notes:
Irrigation District: Settlers Irrigation District
Notes: Surface water must be used as the primary source of irrigation, when available. A
secondary connection for year-round irrigation is required—typically a well or City
water is used.
Public streetlights required? Yes: N No: ❑

Submittal of Civil Infrastructure requirements:
Water and sewer infrastructure (water/sewer mains,fire hydrants)will be reviewed
outside of building permits. Submit plans as an LDIR application.
For projects involving new plats submit infrastructure for review as an LD-RSUB
(residential) or LD-CSUB (commercial) after the final plat application has been
submitted.
