RE: The Oaks North Subdivision No. 13 —Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
Toll Southwest LLC hereby applies for a final plat for The Oaks North Subdivision No. 13,containing
7.26 acres with 18 residential lots and 7 common lots. The Oaks North Subdivision No. 13 is located
at 5685 N Black Cat Road, Meridian, ID 83646;parcel number SO428142255; in the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, BM Meridian, Ada County.
The property was annexed under Ordinance No. 14-1602, which was recorded as instrument number
114030973. The preliminary plat including The Oaks North Subdivision No. 13 is Oakmore
Subdivision (H-2018-0118) which was approved by the Meridian City Council on August 6, 2019
and was included in the Oaks North & Oaks South Development Agreement (Inst. #114030972). On
October 19, 2021, the Oaks North & Oaks South Development Agreement was modified to remove
Oakmore Subdivision. A new Development Agreement was also created for the area consistent with
Oakmore Subdivision (Inst. #2022-001215) and the property was rezoned from the R-15 zoning
district to the R-4 zoning district.
This phase is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, which was approved by the
Meridian City Council on July 16,2019. This phase also meets all requirements and provisions of the
UDC and was prepared in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, and surveying
practices and standards.
