RE: Final Plat Application for Prairie Subdivision
Dear Mayor and City Council:
On behalf of Providence Properties LLC, please accept this request for final plat approval, of Prairie
Fire Subdivision . Prairie Fire Subdivision has 22 single-family residential lots and 1 common lot.
This subdivision is located West side of Locust Grove between Ustick and McMillan Road.
Prairie Fire Subdivision is in compliance with all requirements and of conditions
H-2022-0053.
Prairie Fire Subdivision Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses.
2. The use requirements and provisions of the UDC.
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
