Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has no comment on the above referenced application
for Vacation of the existing utility easements on the interior lines for Lots 21, 22, 25 and 26,
Block 7, Sundance Subdivision No.3 for Sundance Subdivision No.5 as it doesn't impact
any Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District facilities.
