NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Records Subdivision
SUMMARY
We are requesting to subdivide the property that has already been approved for Records Apartments, a
multi -family residential project (H-2022-0008). Records Subdivision with be a two (2) parcel subdivision
plat on 9.94 acres of land, and is located on the NEC of N. Records Avenue and E. Fairview Avenue
(adjacent to CarMax to the east and Kleiner Park to the north). No changes are requested for the
previously approved Records Apartments.
A Neighborhood Meeting will be held to present the subdivision plat and project site plan. After the
neighborhood meeting, applications will be submitted to the City of Meridian.

The Neighborhood Meeting will be held VIRTUALLY on Tuesday, October 24th at 6 PM. You are
