There are no Boise Project or New York Irrigation District facilities located on the mentioned property, property, however it does in fact possess a valid water right.
The Ten Mile Drain/Creek borders this property and the Army Corp of Engineers has jurisdiction
over this facility any changes to the channel and easements must be approved by them.
Per Idaho Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to
serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement
by the landowner, developer and contractors.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
Whereas this development is in its preliminary stages, Boise Project Board of Control reserves
the right to require changes when our easements and/or facilities are affected by unknown
factors, even during the construction phase.
This development is subject to Idaho Code 31-3805, in accordance, this office is requesting a hard
copy of all plans to include irrigation and drainage plans.
