Re: Final Plat Modification - Poiema Subdivision
To Whom It May Concern,
On behalf of the owners and Civil Innovations, PLLC, who submitted the original Final Plat application, we
are submitting this Final Plat Modification application for Poiema Subdivision.
The purpose of this Final Plat Modification is the correct the side lot line easements from the 5' as shown
on the recorded plat and in Note 2, to a 3' side lot line easement as approved by the City. Everything else
on the plat remains the same. Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns that I can answer
