Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of said NW %, from
which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said NW%bears S 89056'26"
W a distance of 2651.70 feet;
Thence along the easterly boundary of said NW'/4 S 0037'05"W(formerly described as S 0046'23"
W) a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way of E. Lake Hazel Road, the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said easterly boundary S 0°37'05" W(formerly described as S 0°46'23"
W) a distance of 1306.39 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin monument marking the southeast
corner of the NE % of said NW%;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said NE %4 of the NW '/4 S 89°56'26" W (formerly
described as N 89°50'46" W) a distance of 21.00 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said southerly boundary N 28°58'35" W a distance of 82.98 feet (formerly
described as N 28°42'58" W, 82.77 feet) to a point;
Thence N 34°03'34" W (formerly described as N 33°54'54" W) a distance of 1488.06 feet to a
point on the southerly right-of-way of E; Lake Hazel Road;
Thence along said right-of-way N 89°56'26" E a distance of 908.68 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
