Planning Department,
I request that the City reject the rezoning requested by Challenger Development for Tanner Creek Subdivision. We don’t
want this area looking like a California urban city with high density housing, and parking and people spilling over into the
adjacent SFR homes. That’s not why we bought the home 17 years ago. This will also increase traffic significantly and be
a tax burden rather than generator to city as it is zoned commercial/retail currently.

OK…thank you.
One of my main concerns is constructing high density housing next to SFR. I have seen parking and other issues spill over
into the adjacent neighborhoods making them undesirable and decreasing property values significantly. This is a major
issue.

I am representing the developer. We are holding the meeting at the conference room at City Hall. This is an
informational meeting and an opportunity to ask questions and have a dialogue with the adjoining neighbors. There will
be no city staff at the meeting.
